I know everyone has their bad days, so I have given this place numerous chances. Tonight we called and ordered a pizza at 7:10. Went to pick it up at 7:30 (we will no longer order delivery from this location, but that's a whole other story.) The lady working said there was no record of an order placed, even though you can clearly see on our call history we placed an order. Didn't apologize, ask if she could make it right, or even ask if we wanted to go ahead and order it again. I would believe a phone call would at least be made to allow me to decide if I still want the product. Instead we get a huge surprise when finally able to sit for lunch. Ordering at least 2 times a week doesn't matter either because no correction was made for this issue.
