It's almost always great food but service sometimes lacks in quality. Sometimes I've waited 30 minutes or more for my food, sometimes it's hard to get servers back to your table for refills or napkins and sometimes the servers have forgotten things I've requested. Sometimes the food needs the water drained before they put the food on plates as well. Taco Tuesday is always a cheaper way to go but the sour cream at the bar is always runnier and watered down compared to what they serve you from the kitchen. Takeout can take awhile as well. I've had to wait way longer than what they said over the phone while people that showed up after me to eat inside has gotten their food and almost finished. As I said, food is great. I have never in my life written a bad review for a business… until today. If you dash for DoorDash or order through the app, do yourself a favor and avoid orders/ordering from this place.They are not only extremely slow, but rude towards the dashers. On the contrary the people who dine-in seem to get over-reachingly great attentive service, while the drivers are completely ignored and treated horribly. Why even have your store offer delivery if this is the result? Items are also almost always missing from orders, and the food is always cold, according to customers I’ve delivered to. The service was ok but waiter did not check on us after another person delivered our food was then charged extra for things we didn't received when the young person who was with our group asked the manger wanted to argue over the 2$ and pretty much bullied the young person I did step up as between all of our group we spent over $70.00 and we had no alcoholic drinks. We did order one dish with no peppers and of course it had them in it so it was not able to be eaten . Manger never even apologized even after I gave him $2 since he acted like that was going to break his account . Wish now I wouldn't of left...
