I didn't realize they offered the U-Haul van until I pulled up after trying to rent the Home Depot van that ended up as a failed attempt (low air light on, but they couldn't fix, then told me to do it and I'd be reimbursed. No air pump in the immediate area was working -and that's after I put my money in, then got stuck twice in the snow due to poor tires. Home Depot staff made half attempt to de-ice and ready the van. Had to note a dent on the side of the van. Then Smelled transmission fluid burning and decided the whole attempt was doomed. Took back and cancelled. They wouldn't reimburse me for the air since I canceled the contract and kept my $150 deposit saying it would take 5 days to refund). Young female manager was rude and inconsiderate acting like the tire issue wasn't a big deal and I could have driven it with no problem! Never attempt renting a van at Home Depot again! Was thrilled when John and his dad at Piqua Store N' Lock were there with expert knowledge and service. Had the van de-iced, ready to go with easy U-Haul terms. Van was a dream and I felt 100% safe with it the whole time....

We rented a large u-haul for Friday at 4:30 It wasn't back yet we were told to return In 1 hour so we left, came back on time and u-haul was still not back so We then asked if we could just use the smaller one ...because of bad storm coming in later we just needed to get our stuff moved, they said ok ..we gave 100$ cash for deposit, we were never given a specific time to return the u-haul.was just told to have it back next day. We took u-haul back the next day only to be berated and yelled at and treated like we were children for not returning u-haul the night before. I was told office closed early Friday night the day we rented It. The lady working there when we returned it said we were told to return it Friday night and put keys in the drop box! Drop box no one ever ever mentioned a drop box! I had left my car there Friday and went back to pick it up I totally would've returned that u-haul when I went back to pick up my car had I known there was a drop box!!! So they kept entire 100$ and demanded an extra 6 .18$ for gas. We literally only drove...

A great place to rent from , a very nice family and professional fellow veterans. I cant say enough praise to them all, even during times of confussion and late a few times on a payment or two they were professional, considerate and compassionate for unforseen circumstances. Thank you all...
