Hero Day Piqua — Attraction in Piqua

I took 7 kids (ages 4-10) on a Sunday afternoon and could not have asked for a better experience. The manager went out of his way to help us check-in quickly as we arrived seconds behind a large b-day party which may have been only a few minutes of waiting but he noticed we were a separate group and personally took us to the next register and got us in quickly with no issues. We made several snack bar trips and the staff were patient and helpful. One of my clumsier kids took a bad tumble at one point and a staff member walked him back to us and told us what happened and offered him an ice pack which he absolutely didn't need but still showed genuine concern and care. We hosted a kids birthday at Piqua Hero Day. It's overpriced in comparison to competitors that include drinks and food with their party packages. You get a better value at Get Air and Nova Park. I left a message a few days before the party to ask a few questions, but never received a response. During our party, none of the employees checked on us. They don't offer much at the concession, or were out of items. It would also be helpful to let people know they will be upstairs ahead of time, in case they have elderly or disabled attending. We had a few kids slip and fall in our area from an employee taking out trash from the party next to us that leaked all over the floor. This was our first time visiting and we were greeted and made to feel welcomed by friendly employees. They let us know everything we needed to know and make it a great experience. Facility was clean and organized as well. When we left employee took the time to ask my kiddo about his experience and his favorite part.
