On Sunday afternoon while visiting this area, my sisters and I decided to give this place a try. We were greeted and taken to a table outside at our request. That was nice, one other table outside besides us. The waitress took our drink orders and brought out the drinks. All good until she walked away, and stayed for quite sometime. Finally she returns and says sorry about that, are you all ready to order? So we proceeded with our orders. Meanwhile two other tables have come, and their drink and food orders have been placed. Here comes food for one of the tables seated after us. And now our waitress is back to bring us more drinks . So we continue to wait. Well here we go again the next table get their food. Now my sister is saying wait a minute something is wrong, so she goes to ask another waitress where our waitress was. And the young lady said she’s busy but we’ll get out there when we can. Finally a girl brings out our food. Needless to say it’s cold and everything we ordered is wrong. One sister ordered a Harvest Salad, got a Greek salad loaded with bacon. So she told the waitress I said no bacon. She took the salad back they took some of the bacon off, and left the rest. Brought her back the same salad with the bacon particles throughout it.SMH Then she realize this is not the salad I ordered in the first place. My other sister ordered a chicken club, and onion rings. The bacon on the sandwich, was dark as the street we drive on everyday. The entire sandwich and onion rings were cold. So they say they will make her new onion rings. It’s already been over one hour, we still are unable to eat. Now my food I ordered grilled wings, with dry rub. They bring me fried so salty that I couldn’t eat them. Then I tell the waitress I ordered grilled and she say yeah I know. Well these or fried, what is really going on here? Needless to say we decided we better leave. So I told the waitress, and she said are you sure? I said yes, she said well let me see. I’ll come out there as soon as I’m finished in here. She came and gave us a ticket for the beer that my sister had ordered. My sister told her she didn’t want it since she didn’t have her food. She went on to tell her that she could give her a to go cup for it. So we paid and left, never to return again. Read moreSorry but very unhappy with this place anymore .we had a party of 14 (7 couples)go in last night ..to much our disappointment ..we ordered the pretzel bites ..sorry out of those ..breaded cauliflower ..sorry out of those ..potato wedges .sorry out of those ..ok could I please have mayo on this particular sandwich ..sorry out of mayo...I know good place to start a restaurant is what we were all thinking ..we all had our drinks but seriously was thinking about just getting up and walking out ..the poor little girl serving our table was highly embarrassed and we kept telling her not her fault ..we asked for a manager she said she told her and she would.be out when our food came out ..the manager delivered the food but didn't say one word until one of our ladies at the table started asking why they were out ..she didn't know why they were short just knew they had been busy ..this was a Monday night ..very few people in there but apparantly busy on sunday ...had we known this ahead of time we would have just left ..this has happened a few times at this store and I have to say we may not ever visit this restaurant again..our bill was 50.00 and that was just ours ..as I said there were 14 of us and each and every one of us feel the same way ..we can go.elsewhere to eat ...seems like someone is dropping the ball in that restaurant and it is a shame ..because we have been giving this store alot of business for...
Read moreI was in for a birthday party brunch with friends, about 8 of us. The gal taking our order didn’t seem confident with a large table, but we had grace. When everything came out it was all jumbled up, two of the 8 had to wait while their orders were re submitted, most of us had gotten our food and ate it before the others got their corrected order. This kind of stuff happens sometimes and that’s okay. However the girl placed blame on the kitchen instead of taking ownership of her mishap. She stated to our table “sorry guys, your stuff should be here soon, our kitchen is a hot mess and none of them speak ENGLISH!” That was where we all drew the line. That should have NEVER been said to the table. When we brought the manager over to express our concerns and to lend a training tip, she also stated “well she’s not WRONG”. Poor management endorsing language barrier division is not the way to go. I will not give this establishment my business moving forward. They need a crew clean out for sure. Getting the orders messed up and having to re submit two of them was never the issue. We appreciated them taking off our orders and accommodating for the delay, but the small minded remark and throwing your entire kitchen staff under the bus because you say “none of them speak English” is...
