Well this week there was a carnival located in the parking lot of The Piqua Mall. I actually didn't know that the carnival was here. My grandsons and I happened to see the ferris wheel from I-75. So I promised we'd stop back on our home home. And I'm glad we stopped. It was a really great carnival. Alot of cool games to win prizes. We won a few cute things. We actually didn't ride anything. The reason being I'm not big on heights and C.j. doesn't care for fast speed. So that eliminates all the rides lol The prices were pretty descent. If u played a game that includes golf balls, you received 2 full buckets for $10. The basketball was 3 shots for $10. Read morei was just walking around with my dad and my 3 year old niece and saw there was a play area. i had never been here before so of course i let her go play. she had on sandals right. i pushed her stroller into the area and the mall cop told me i couldn't have it in there. okay, whatever. then he tells my niece that she's not allowed to play because she has sandals on and not socks. ( i didn't see the socks only sign) obviously i was very annoyed, since he kind of raised his voice at her and there was an employee sitting in the area with shoes on. so we walk towards spirit. while we were looking around we noticed the mall cop following us. seriously do they not have anything better to do than to basically yell at children and follow people around for no reason? UGH. never...
Read moreThis mall is unfortunately at the end of it's service life. Only one food court option remains: Charley's Philly Steaks. I unfortunately chose to dine here. The waitress "Chas" was rude & very impolite, especially since I was her only customer...litterally. Chas made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. With all the time on her hands between clients, one would think she could learn to perform her duties...like work the grill. The food she created was as enjoyable as her joyless personality. How this once fine eatery has fallen. With service like what "Chas" provided will only expedite the process of closing this forgotten...
