Went to find a couch as I just moved into a place down the street. Zero pressure, left me alone to do my own thing. Chose a very comfortable couch and asked them if there was any way they could get it to me, four blocks down. Salesfolk said he could bring it next day at no extra cost if they could drop it on the front stoop. I said sure, I can find some help.

Ended up not needing the help as the delivery guy offered to bring it up to the second floor apartment. It was done well in 10 minutes. I was worried I'd have trouble figuring out how to get it in my door but having the expert to help made what may have been an hour of fiddling into a 60 second maneuver.
