We went to get a burger at the Wheelhouse. We like the food and normally have a great experience, however, the server Dylan was TERRIBLE! The place was not busy at all. We ordered a drink, soup and a burger. After we were seated there was 2 ladies seated after us. And about 5 minutes after that another table was seated. The ladies behind us received their food and we still didn't have our water. The other table had an order of onion rings brought out, again we didn't get anything except the alcoholic beverage we ordered. I asked someone to get our waiter and he slowly walked over to our table. I asked where my soup was he said said he didn't know I wanted it brought out before the meal. I told him soup normally comes before the meal and told him to cancel the soup. About 15 mins later, we still didn't have our burger. I had to ask several staff members to get the manager. Finally I asked another member and they said he would have to be texted because he wasn't on site. I had to ask several staff members to find my waiter and when he finally came out carrying the burger, I told him I didn't want it and to get me a check for the alcoholic beverage. About 5 minutes later I saw him with the other servers standing talking about me. I walked over and said instead of talking shit on me, maybe you could just give me my check. He opened the bill hold and I put 20 dollars in it. I called him a sloth and walked back to my table. One of the female waitresses yell, you can't talk to people like that and said she was calling security. I literally had security called on me because I complained about not getting my food and terrible service!! The security manager arrived and we explained what happened and he said he will have the director of food and beverage contact me. Absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing. DO...

First time there today. Before you can even think about gambling you must first tackle their parking garage which is to say the very least steep and confusing. No clear direction whatsoever to aid you in determining where to go to park. I would suggest parking on the 7th level as it provides the most direct access to the casino. Upon entry you must present ID. If you have never been there before you need to visit guest services and provide again your license. They will give you your players card that is supposed to come preloaded with 5$ of free slot play. Neither myself nor my wife actually received this though so there's that. We ate at their buffet which was actually really good. Definitely worth the 20$ price. The actual casino floor itself is a very busy cramped space. Not very much walking space or sitting space at or between gaming machines. Beyond the excessive levels of noise the machines themselves make, the additional floor noise is quite substantial. There are several eateries as well as bars on main floor that each have their own music playing, live bands playing, sports on tvs playing, etc. At most points you need to speak very loudly between each other in order to be heard. You also in most areas need to walk single file as a result of limited walking space. Since it was our initial visit we each got a free buffet so dinner was on them and I walked out up a couple hundred dollars so that is good. All in all. I can now officially say I've been there and that is sufficient for me personally. I can't personally imagine having to contend with that much noise just for the rare luck one may receive at the...

I have never stepped foot into this casino and not even on line! But for whatever mysterious reason they been hoarding all my Identification information? From copy of my drivers license, my social security number, my home address, my employers information and last but not least my bank information! A few days after there (LAST) data breach on Feb 16th some one opened up credit cards in my name and charged a crazy amount on them! Yes I was notified by them about the data breach by letter! But no one there returns any of my phone calls or emails? I even called the 800 number on the Rivers Casino letter and that's a joke it just takes you to a 3rd party message center! I spoke with one Law Firm who told me the Rivers Casino Investigation is temporary paused? Whatever that means? If Rivers Casino would act professional in this matter I wouldn't still be reaching out to other people! Id love to get the million dollar question answered? SENCE I NEVER EVER STEPPED FOOT IN YOUR CASINO... NOT EVEN ON LINE... WHY DO YOU HAVE MY INFORMATION??? Then even the local news station did a story about all these people getting these data breach letters from Rivers Casino... And most people receiving say the same (EXACT) thing I do! THAT THEY NEVER EVER STEPPED FOOT IN A RIVERS CASINO!!! (AGAIN)... Why is Rivers Casino illegally collecting peoples information THAT NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN ANY OF THERE CASINOS? In closing if they'd act the least bit (PROFESSIONAL) and answer my one and only question I wouldn't be so upset! But since they want to blow me off? I have no choice but to contact everyone i can about this issue. From Lawyers to Law...

While not my usual fare, I was catered to by my place of employment, and was able to come out for dinner. In doing so, I was able to walk the floor, get accustomed to the Rivers, and attend a fully catered meal experience using the second floor event center room(s). It was a pretty impressive space, and it was very accommodating. While I could drum up some individual points of criticism, I managed to find myself enjoying the environment quite nicely. If you have the chance to partake, it will likely be a positive experience for you. For those points of criticism, I will include two main points. Service from wait-staff was a bit hit-or-miss. I had to really work to figure how I was going to get a refill on water. I ended up instead just going up to the bar with my glass and getting it. Second, though perhaps related, was the bartending provided. I did get a Manhattan that was passable. It wasn't good, but it wasn't bad. Which is reasonable. No harm done. Though, I can't say exactly why, but my jack-and-coke was probably the least appetizing drinks I had in a long time. When I described it, and allowed a friend of mine to try it, they couldn't help but agree. And they're the more regular drinker than me. Besides those points though, my night was very pleasant, and I'd recommend the opportunity to attend such events, or visit the Rivers.

Trip Type: Spontaneous getaway with my fiancé We decided on a last-minute stay at The Landing Hotel at Rivers Casino, hoping for a fun and easy getaway. While the location seemed promising, our experience left quite a bit to be desired. First, some of the positives: The casino floor had $10 baccarat and craps tables, which was a nice surprise since lower-limit tables are hard to find these days. There were also plenty of bars throughout the property, so grabbing a drink was never an issue. The room was very clean. However, there were several drawbacks that made the stay feel more frustrating than fun. We were disappointed to find that online gambling was blocked by the casino itself—kind of ironic, and definitely inconvenient. There were no bubble craps machines, which we had looked forward to, and the community game floor only offered blackjack and roulette, with no other options. Getting our luggage to the hotel was also awkward—we had to walk all the way around just to get inside with our bags, which wasn’t a great first impression. On top of that, there’s no pool, which felt like a big miss for a hotel attached to a casino. We’re hoping that exploring the city tomorrow will change our overall impression of the trip, but based on the hotel and casino experience alone, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
