I went here to get two rings fixed about half a year ago. One ring required a new opal, for which the gentleman I worked with (not sure if he is the only person working there) took time to find a good quality replacement. The new opal is not only clearly better quality but beeeeauuuutiful. The second ring had been squished and the band was deformed such that I couldn't even get it on my finger. It could be the build of the ring that meant he couldn't fix it to 100% its original shape, but he managed to make it wearable again which is what matters to me as the deformation isn't visible once it's on my finger. Very reasonable cost of repairs/replacement and they have held up with no issue in the six-ish months that I've had them back. I took my wedding ring and engagement ring in to be sized. I was quoted $500-600 to resize them and it would take a week to ten days. 3 weeks later I get a call they are ready. I put them on and they are HUGE! The jeweler wanted to argue I asked for them to be that size. (Not true and.why would I want to run the risk of losing them??). He said he would resize them from an 8 to a 7. Ten days later I get them back no they re still too large. If you are a jeweler you should know how to size rings.
