PC Guyz — Local services in Pittsfield

These guys are useless, brought in my computer and left it with them for say a week or two. My computer shuts off randomly when in use, so they just left the computer on in the home screen of a game for a hour or two at a time waiting for it to shut off. I know this since I can see when my account is in use. So they charged me $90 for nothing, they said it shut off once or twice but couldn’t figure it out and just updated the drivers which anyone could do. Didn’t sound at all like they tried to figure it out, they should’ve replaced the suspected parts then run stress tests to see if the part they replaced was the one giving issues. Just laziness since I expect any reliable computer repair store to do this. Don’t waste your time and money at this shop...

Had some IP issues on my desktop. Brought my computer in on a Monday and less than 24 hours later I had my computer back home. Still had some issues, but these guys walked me through trying to resolve over the phone. Still could not fix it. I stopped by the shop the next day and he gave me a detailed written instructions on possible solutions. Still no luck so I decided it was time for a new (used) computer.
