In the heart of Pittsfield, Massachusetts is the best ice cream your tongue will ever taste, called "Ayelada". This delicious place came recommended by the locals and it is the best! I'm not sure what they put in it or how they do it but I'm addicted!! I've been several times and these are the ones I've had...vanilla with strawberries, blueberries & chocolate chips, next 4 visits I had the banana cream pie with yogurt dollops topping , lemon cream with yogurt chips lemon custard fresh blueberries and this last visit I had the watermelon with fresh watermelon topping. The fruit toppings were fresh from farm, only the best! The service is phenomenal every single time that I have been here everybody has been so nice and so prompt to help every customer . The inside of the establishment is clean plenty of seats. There is also outside seating. Bathrooms were clean too! I just connected the the owners of CRUST is the same owner of AYELADA, it all makes sense as the are next door to each other and both are absolutely the best in town! These owners obviously know what they are doing! Keep up the great...

Unfortunately, the store they had in NY closed and because of covid we had not made it to the Pittsfield location until 2022. Excited to finally cash in her rewards cards, 20 stamps in total, when we arrived we were told their rewards program was "paused" for covid. When we explained the great distance we traveled and our previous loyalty, we were told that they couldn't honor her loyalty cards. In addition, the staff acted like we were an inconvenience. Unfortunately great product but a horrible customer experience.
Interesting because to give away $50k (I assume MSRP) gross sales would have to be no less than10x ,(buy 10 get 1) if 100% took advantage of the loyalty program, and more than 10x because I'm sure not everyone did, and they ordered larger sizes. But thanks for the...

However, I love Ayelada!!! It's ridiculously good. They are always making different flavors that are delicious every time. (They'll let you sample them first). I'm not adventurous when it comes to ice cream... I always get vanilla- no matter what the flavors. Not here. Last week they had pumpkin spice, carrot cake, and nutella (omgš), plus original which they always offer (it's really good). Each one was so good I couldn't pick. I ended up getting one to eat there, and taking one home. They also offer about 20(?) toppings that range from fresh berries to candy to crushed up graham crackers. So...
