I really like to support a local small business rather than shop online, but unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. I purchased an item and planned to exchange it, but due to my work schedule and the store’s limited hours, I wasn’t able to return within their 14-day exchange window. My attempt to exchange was still well under 30 days from the original purchase. I was not made aware of the 14-day policy at the time of purchase being there was no mentioned by the staff.

The item was never worn, still in perfect condition, and had remained in the original shopping bag exactly as I received it. It was clear that it hadn’t been used or even taken out since the day I bought it.

When I finally found time to stop by, just a few days past the policy, I came in ready to shop and was picking out multiple new items, planning to spend more than the original purchase. Despite this, the owner came up to me and abruptly said I couldn’t exchange the item, without showing any flexibility.

Sadly, this interaction made me feel unappreciated and unwelcome. I hope the store rethinks how it approaches customer service. I’ll be sharing this experience with others and will go back to shopping for the same types of items online, where customer service tends to be more accommodating...

Best clothing store in the Wyoming Valley ( and now my living room)! As someone who has lived in Philadelphia for over a decade now I have many stores at my disposal but nothing compares to Showroom 56. On so many occasions I have walked into this shop a HOT MESS and they have sent me on my way picture perfect. From a chest break-out before a wedding, the girls styled me and had me on my way covering up my "problem area" in minutes and making me feel so comfortable, to a quick pop in on a dreary day; they always have something and someone to make the day a little better! So happy that they now offer delivery/have a website so I don't have to wait for a trip to the Valley to stop in and add a piece to my wardrobe. You ladies...

I've never been so offended by walking in a store !! Everything they sell is tiny Me and my family walked in we are not  Skin and bones but we are not fat either!!!!   No one in the store welcomed us when we walked in but everyone who walked in after us that was smaller was  Given a warm welcome!!!! HA are u serious??!?!?!?!?? It's 2021  grow up not everyone is size 2 anymore!!!!!! This place deserves negative 10000 stars  If you are not size 0 don't even bother going in this place you will be in outcast and looked at like ur dirt!!! trust me!!!!!  The owner of this building should be absolutely ashamed  yall are judgmental and disrespectful. I will make sure my SMALL friends aren't giving u business either what...
