My Navy veteran husband wanted to create a special gift for the organizer of their recent reunion. He had a 1977 silver lighter which had been dispensed to each plank owner (original ship's crew) that bore the graphics of the ship, logo, and simulated plank, which he took to Shirt Tales. He asked Hannah if they could transfer these emblems onto a large sweatshirt. Within minutes, she had taken digital pictures of the lighter, and had also found clearer ship photos on the internet to use. She later emailed mockups of the shirt for his approval, made the requested adjustments, and we quickly had a beautiful, remarkably inexpensive, quality, one-of-a-kind gift to give our friend. We also gave Shirt Tales business cards to the other shipmates who'd traveled from all over the country for the reunion, because we know it'll only take an email, or a call, for them to easily order one too.
