Friendship Gardens Park — Attraction in Plainfield

The scenery here is Simply Beautiful. You have several choices of gazebos, forestry, and they even have a waterfall area! There is a bathroom, not just a porta potty, and the women's bathroom is definitely big enough for a mom to go in there with all of her kids without feeling cramped. It is absolutely wonderful. We actually use one of the gazebos a few weeks ago for our small wedding ceremony. Not only was it free, but no one was hassling us to hurry up. Did I mention it was free? Good, because it is!! I enjoy coming to Friendship Gardens Park when I want to get some steps in or to relax by one of the water features in the park. The park is very well maintained. There is a large gazebo that is great if you are having a get together or meeting and I have even seen couples get married there in the past. I love that you can rent bikes there to take on the trails and paths all around Plainfield. The bridge on the trail makes for a perfect place to snap a photo while you are enjoying...

What a pleasant surprise. Was scheduled to do a senior photos shoot and didn't know of a location in/near Plainfield. Did a Google search and found Friendship Gardens. OMG I'm so glad we did.
