The people working at the front desk, and the nurses, are amazing. They were so friendly and helped calm me down when I was anxious about the procedure, and they did their best to try to comfort me when I was made further anxious and upset by the lengthy delay I experienced due to a mistake by the doctor (which I won't get into, since the doctor subsequently made efforts to make up for the mistake).

One word of advice: Google maps does not take you to the correct location if you put this place's address into Google maps. Try to find this place on the map by name and look for directions to that place. If you put in the address, it will take you somewhere a mile away with a different address. I do wish someone had given me a head's up about this in advance, since the surgey center acknowledged that this is a problem with...

Doctor Dang and her staff are just angels sent down. Went in for a deviated septum and Megan took incredible care of me. Rachel, Elena (yes your name is common in Spain) thank you for making the experience painless. We all fear what we don't know but when you get staff that truly cares about you - those fears fade away.

Absolutely perfect! Surgery day is never a “good day” but this team is welcoming, fun, and so professional! I have been to many unfortunately and this was by far the best. Dr Rahal is a wonderful human and hand surgeon and if your unfortunately going down this path ask your ortho if they are in partnership with the center or use one of the ortho owners of the center which you can find on the ownership disclosure.
