I'm compelled to leave a negative review because of the customer service I received by the man who works there. I have been coming here for about 2 months! The first time was awkward because I had to ask for the promotional discount they offered till 3. Then when I came back, they'd changed it to 2. Fine, I came there each time around 1:30-1:45. No problem. Well, I usually get the dip powder, and it's been fine, except a couple of my nails started lifting too soon. When I came for the last set, they talked me into getting the gel nails because they don't lift and they're more flexible. I tried it, and within a day, a nail started popping off completely each day till I came back in 3 days later to have them just redo my nails with the dip powder instead. The man said it was because my nailbeds are more oily than some. Ok. So they did the dip. The color was not showing up with pearlescent quality as on the sample and as it did when they did it as a gel. I came back and asked that they go over it with the gel polish so that it would look the same as the sample like it did before. They said ok. When it was done, I thanked them, and I left. I got in my car, and the man, Joey, I think, came out to my car and said, " What, you're going to leave without paying?" #1, I paid $ 10 or 15 more for the gel, to have my nails keep popping, and to have to come back and spend another hour there, and then back again for another hour, and have the shimmer or pearlescent not even appear. I didn't ask for any money for the difference when we went back to the cheaper option (dip powder) because I was being nice. The man mansplained to me that they did all this work and that it was my choice to get the gel done, which I was talked into, btw. And that it's not their fault that MY nails don't work with the gel (when I was going to get dip in the first place, anyway). So I explained how I felt about how they were fixing what was wrong with them. He mansplained again that the colors are not always going to match the sample. It wasn't a color problem,it was an 'effects' problem. I explained again that the nails were not pearlescent or shimmery at all. It was just a milky white. Not at all like the sample or the way they came out when the gel was painted on. I disagreed that I needed to pay any more money for tem to be fixed the way I wanted them in the first place, and that I paid more already. And the man told me that they are going to refuse service to me next time. I told him that was not very nice. I mean, they don't have enough customers to make that call or to even try to get me to pay twice for them to make my nails the way they were supposed to be. Absurdity. $50 worth, plus I tip well, too. Oh well, their...
Read moreWent in for deluxe pedicure and dip nails. I enjoyed the massage, the chairs and pedicure was pretty great. They were very kind, customer service was amazing. I Enjoyed the eye mask I was super relaxed. I was ok with waiting while the pair finished a client and they called for back up, when needed I definitely had plans to return but my nails were super lumpy . the nail tech kind of fixed and they were so thin they started to chip the next day by day 3 all nails were chipped and so raggedy they look horrible paid 130/150 and as a single mom I have don’t have much free time so I’m stuck with them until my next free weekend :( so disappointed.I’ve been getting this service over 10 years and never had nails chip I get them same length as my nails no extensions I’ve never had nails that lasted so short usually they last 4 weeks and I have to remove them in about a week because they were snagging and broken in half and scuffing. They were making errors on another client feet when I was there who...
Read moreI should've left when I saw that it was dead at 2pm on a Saturday. The guy that did my nails did them in this order dip powder, shaping, then cuticles. I also told him multiple times that my hands are sensitive and it hurts when they use the drill on my cuticles. He cut me twice badly it wasn't until I got home that I realized multiple of my nails were bleeding. Also since he cut my cuticles after he did the powder my nails look like they've already grown out when this was YESTERDAY. I wasn't going to leave a review but my nails still hurt today from the cuts, how much pressure was used with the drill, and my cuticles were torn apart so I cant even try and fix them. This place is really new so I hope they learn and get better but that was a painful experience. The lady that did the flowers though was sweet and immediately disinfected the cuts and...
