From the moment I walked into the office, I was warmly welcomed and didn't have to wait at all. The medical assistant who conducted my regular checkup was amazing. She was friendly, thorough, and asked me insightful questions about my health.

What really impressed me was that she encouraged me to ask her three questions about my health that concerned me, so that the doctor could address them. This was fantastic because I initially thought of only two questions, but she pushed me to come up with another one. And it turned out to be a question that I had been wanting to ask for a while.

Dr. Pardo really focuses on providing personalized care and attention. When I moved to his office, he took the time to ask me questions, understand my medical history, and genuinely cared about getting to know me. And most importantly, he really knows how to do his job.

As someone from South America, I can confidently say that Dr. Pardo treats his patients with the same great care and dedication that I was accustomed to back home. This is an experience that I have never had in the 13 years I've lived in the United States.

I had a wonderful experience at CaliMed Wellness Center. I always felt very comfortable, from Yuliana, the receptionist, to Anayancy, the medical assistant, to Dr. Pardo inserting the Nexplanon implant in my arm. I had discussed ways to alleviate my heavy period with Dr. Pardo and he recommended the Nexplanon implant as one of the best options. I was very nervous to have the Nexplanon implant inserted, but I'm glad I did it. Together, Dr. Pardo and Anayancy made sure it was a painless procedure. I had my appointment yesterday and I've already made Dr. Pardo my primary physician. I recommend coming to CaliMed Wellness Center even if you have to make a longer drive, because there's no place like it. Thank you for the wonderful experience to all of the staff.
