Horrible. They forgot half my order at the drive through and when I went inside no one was at the counter. Waited ten minutes and then some young guy slowly shuffled his way over to me. I asked for the other half to my order and he asked for a receipt. I wasn’t given one so I had nothing to provide. Then I had to wait for him to ask the drive through worker that helped me if what I had ordered was true. She told him it was. So it took him literally another five minutes to grab a sandwich and put some fries in a bag as he slowly shuffled around. Then with a dead expression on his face, he sets my food on the counter and says “here you go” with no apology. The food I had been given from the drive through was cold by the time I got home because I spent 15 minutes inside trying to get the rest of my food. The buns were also so stale on the burgers that they were hard as a rock and crumbled when you pinched them - I have no idea how old they must have been. We threw half the order away when we tried to eat it. I don’t expect five star service from a Burger King but basic manners, somewhat reasonably paced service, palatable food, and an apology for a mistake would have been nice....

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about your team at this location. One of your employees, Grishon (I hope I’m spelling that correctly), consistently does an excellent job. Every time I visit while he’s working, everything runs smoothly, and the service is always great. He’s professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work — definitely one of your best employees on the night shift.
However, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with another employee who has dreadlocks. On more than one occasion, he’s told me that the machines were down, and during another visit, he told my wife that the location was closed because a truck had arrived. Whenever he’s working, the experience is far less pleasant and seems poorly managed.
If possible, I’d appreciate knowing what times or days Grishon works, as I’d prefer to visit when he’s on shift. I really enjoy coming to this location when the service is good, and I hope this feedback helps improve consistency for all...
Read moreI work with DoorDash and I went to this Burger King after about 3 minutes waiting a guy that was cleaning came around the counter I told them I was working with doordash and gave him the customer name he said okay said something to one of the employee and I went to the back I waited for about 10 minutes to 15 minutes another DoorDash came in and the lady asked him for the name so I told her I am also with DoorDash she completely ignored me after about 5 minutes of him waiting he received his order another couple minutes went by and I asked her Will my order be ready soon she completely ignored me so I said excuse me excuse me and she completely ignored me I saw a few people knew I was talking loud enough I had to end up canceling the customer order after waiting about 30 minutes in total because for what reason this employee just decided that she was going to ignore mebecause for what reason this employee just decided that she was going to ignore me I really cannot believe that an employee actually treated me the way that she did and I was very very nice...
