Helker Jewelers is amazing! My fiance and I were in a bind just days before our wedding, and the owner Chris went above and beyond to help. We had ordered my fiance's wedding band from another store and they sent us the wrong size (it was one size too small and he couldn't even get the ring past his knuckle). Since we received the ring on Wednesday and our wedding is Saturday, this left us no time to send it back and get the right size. Our family referred us to Helker and I am so glad they did. They are just wonderful to work with. We are so grateful and blessed for their wonderful service and knowledge. Thank you Chris, for making what could have been a disaster, just a small bump in the road. You took a huge weight off our shoulders. We will be back, that's for sure!!! ...

I went here recently to get my new watch fitted to my wrist. It cost $10 and it fits well now - that was all fine. However, I did not appreciate the jeweler exclaiming how small my wrists are. Believe it or not, I was already quite aware of that, but I guess I needed a reminder. The watch is a Timex, and was something I had been excited about for months. I recognize that Timex is not a luxury brand by any means, but once again, I was reminded of that by the jeweler, who claimed they would not be caught dead wearing a Timex. Unfortunately, I'm not made of Rolex money. So it seems like I got heckled at Helker Jewelry. I'll let you come up...

Helker is awesome. I recently had a ring delivered to me from a jeweler in New Zealand and once I got it, I immediately noticed something was off with one of the prongs holding the focal stone. I took it into Helker and the nice lady behind the counter was super sweet and the Goldsmith working at the time fixed the small issue in less than 5 minutes and didn't charge me for it.

I had a great first-time experience with this establishment and because of this, I will be coming back here if I ever need repairs or a resizing...
