I don't understand the hype. We had to try them because we heard they were amazing, but I could make better cookies. They had the taste, smell, and texture of day-old cookies. Also, why are their flavors so eccentric? There wasn't a single basic "chocolate chip cookie", "snicker doodle", "double chocolate" etc set of cookies. We came in to buy 6 but couldn't find 6 we'd even like. Every cookie was trying too hard to be unique. The only normal looking cookies had nuts added or were sweet-and-salty, none of which I like. Lesson learned is just make cookies at home with your family for a fun couples or family bonding experience, and for way cheaper. We finished the cookies only because we paid way too much for them, not because they tasted good. Customer service was just fine but the cookies did not...

I’ve done countless business with this location since they’ve opened for corporate orders, upwards of a couple thousand at this point since we’ve been ordering from them on a monthly basis over 15 dozen a month for our large organization. Despite their lack of customer service and effectiveness when fulfilling the orders. Today I went in to purchase 1 dozen, expecting to be able to use the 3,000 cookie points I have but nope, $5 is only allowed to be used at 1 time. Not really a nice way to thank your customers for repeat, high dollar patronage. Now I see no point in giving them all of my corporate orders. I’ll go elsewhere where the rewards show they actually appreciate...

Came in on 5/21/24 and placed 4 orders. The cookies were going to 4 different recipients and one of them has a banana allergy. The gentleman who worked on my order was really attentive when I told him about the allergy; he went to the back and grabbed a new spatula to ensure that there was no cross contamination with the cookies. He even labeled the box "no bananas". Thank you for listening and caring enough to make sure that I didn't mix up the boxes. Everyone loved the cookies and they are sooo delicious! I'm so glad you guys are in Pleasant Hill! -Banana...
