Starbucks — Restaurant in Pleasant Hill

Livid. I work 2 jobs. I live my life in various states of tired and today, I was completely exhausted. I started work at 5 am, drove 2 hours, and stopped in around 8 to grab a coffee before my event that would run for the next 11 hours (7pm). I asked the cashier for the largest size cold brew they have. Great. Except, when they handed me my coffee it was an infant size cold brew...like, I could give it to a toddler and still put them down for a decent nap. I explained that I had ordered their largest size. The gentleman handing me my drink replied saying, I could wait in line again to order another one. Well, that doesnt work for me, because I will be late for work if I have to wait on line again (the line had grown significantly since the time I had first ordered). I was fed up and I left....but, the more I stewed on it the angrier I got because this chick totally screwed me. I was counting on that coffee to get me through this long day. As an event manager, I often get skipped on breaks and lunches. I cant leave the event to go get another coffee. I am totally up s**t creek. Two thumbs waaaaay down. If I had the receipt, and/or her name, I would have reached out to her...

Where to start?, the loose lids, rude staff (except 1 or 2), place cleanliness or overall negative vibe these young ladies adding to the store?..I'm a regular Starbucks customer, and as God is my witness, by far, this is the worst Starbucks store I have been to!!! Wish I could actually call someone and share my terrible overall experience with but I'm not sure it'll actually change anything. All I can say is I'll just drive a mile or 2 farther and go to a different store. I'm writing this review while I'm sitting in my vehicle after picking up an online order I placed (so I won't have to deal with the staff and yet I get my drink almost thrown at my face without greeting or bare minimum of...

I'm disappointed in the service here. I was standing in line behind my friend who had just ordered and when I approached the counter I was ignored. While I was politely waiting for a barista, two people walked in, cut in front of me, and the barista took their order. I hate writing bad reviews! But this experience really bothered me. After taking their order I was finally acknowledged. Then while the other barista was making my drink she approached and said, "by the way we are closed now". She was very polite to the people who cut in front of me. Not sure what I did to deserve this...
