Panda Express — Restaurant in Pleasant Hill

Jessica just waited on me at panda express and I said I don’t want any carbs I’m on a diet so can you give me something else besides rice and chow mein so she gave me something and it said premium whatever the dish was SheI said OK u can I get two other items And I said as a matter fact, can you put a little vegetable with the premium cause you didn’t give me that much so she dumps half of the premium item back into the big bowl and then throws up some broccoli & cabbage in my plate and tell me now you only get one item I was so confused I wanted 3 items A young lady said just give her half-and-half like you do Everyone else half noodle half rice just give her half premium and some vegetables she just doesn’t want carbs.!!!! This lady was a customer and then they said no she cant have that and I and another girl name Karolina stepped in because Jessica turned the container with my food in it to her like “I’m not dealing with this she had a weird look on her face she gave me no iContact, and went straight to the next customer like I didn’t even matter

You can only get one more. I’m gonna charge you full a price if you get more I said I don’t want carbs but I want everything else everyone else is getting at the same price It was a whole line of people they embarrass me, and I said I’m confuse I just don’t want carbs. she said yeah I can’t force you to have carbs but I’m going to Chargie a higher price and she ended up charging me 13$ instead of 9$ something …

I will never ever come back to this panda express they were rude. I told her I’d do reviews for Google and she was like “yeah OK “ ! in a rude voice.. I love to tell about my Dinning experience! and I said what’s your name she gave me her name is such an (arrogant ) voice do not go there if you’re a senior citizen, I’m a older lady just trying to get something to eat and you know maybe I was a little confuse I just asked that it be explain How I can get my food without all this complication ? it was the worst experience ever If you are older person and you need help With the menu, they don’t have the patience they’ are...

EXTREMELY BAD, WILL NEVER GO BACK, STAFF WAS TOO RUDE, AND COULD CLEARLY TELL BY THEIR EXPRESSION HOW THEY WERE SO ANNOYED WHEN A PERSON WAS ORDERING,I MEAN WE WERE THERE TO SPEND OUR MONEY SO CANT WE TAKE A MINUTE TO ORDER WHAT WE LIKE THEIR FACES AND WORDS WERE MAKING ME FEEL SO UNWELCOME AND LIKE NOW HURRY UP AND GET OUT.THEN A STAFF BY THE NAME OF JOHNATHAN PUT CHOWMIEN IN THE PLATE THAT FELL ON THE COUNTER AND HE SIMPLY PICKED THEM UP AND PUT THEM BACK ON MY PLATE AND THEN HE TRIED TO PUT THE SHITAKI KALE CHICKEN IN MY PLATE FROM THE PAN BY SCRAPING IT WITH NO CHICKEN IN THERE, THEN I HAD TO SAY ILL WAIT UNTIL THE FRESH ORDER IS READY, AND RIGHT THEN THE STAFF TALKED SO RUDELY TO ME TO GO STAND AT THE END OF THE LINE LIKE OK YOU ARE IN OUR WAY THEN MOVE OUT.I AM NOT THERE TO BEG FOR FOOD IM THERE TO BUY FOOD FROM PANDA EXPRESS. EXPRESS DOESNOT MEAN SHOVE FOOD ON PEOPLES FACES AS FAST AS YOU CAN BUT IT STILL NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE PAYING FOR THEIR FOOD.THEN FINALLY WHEN THE SHITAKI CHICKEN WAS READY ALL THEY GAVE ME WAS SALT FILLED SAUCE WITH A BIG HARD STICK OF KALE, TWO PIECES OF BROCOLLI AND BARELY ANY CHICKEN FLOATING AROUND IN SAUCE AND COUPLE MASHROOMS, IT WAS PATHETIC. AND WE STILL BOUGHT OUR WHOLE FAMILIES FOOD FOR 40 DOLLARS AND LOOK HOW WE WERE TREATED. JUST VERY PATHETIC SERVICE, FOOD AND RUINED OUR DAY OUT WITH FAMILY.NEVER GOING BACK TO BE INSULTED AND WASTING OUR MONEY AT NO PANDA EXPRESS ...... PERIOD.... VERY BAD AND HORRIBLE....

Today I went into panda express in Concord, California right next-door to a mattress store and across from wing stop in a strip mall on Concord Avenue,.. Expecting a clean environment inside and out. Instead, what I found was quite disturbing. The young man using the blower to blow leaves outside near and around park cars caught my attention when I discovered particles from the ground were on the hood of my car being that I had just pulled in and stepped into the Resturant.

This was after I had discovered he took the dustpan that he was sweeping the outside grounds with and shook it off where you place the trays and dump your food when you’re done eating.

I spoke to a young lady behind the counter. She told me I would have to speak to him.

When I got outside, some little vigilante’s were out there telling me he’s just trying to do his job and did not have an idea of why I were trying to draw the attention of management that is not clean practice. You don’t mix outside dirt with peoples purchase of food

Not a happy camper will not go...
