Burlington — Local services in Pleasant Valley Township

It has been awhile since I have been to Burlington Coat Factory, but stopped by with my two children after dinner tonight to pick up a new coat for my 2-year old. I’ve NEVER been in a store that has looked this awful. Every single aisle has piles of clothes on the floor. Inventory hanging randomly. You could not push a stroller through the aisle let alone a cart. No one cared! I did not feel safe having my kids there, it literally looked like an EF5 tornado was inside and no one gave a care about it. I echo the comment below that was posted 4 months ago. IDK why they're still in this giant building. Such a waste of space. Most of the building is blocked off because there's not enough product to fill the store. Clothes are often on the floor. There were 2 people working the day we went in. All of the fitting rooms are closed. We asked to use one and we were told the person that has the key wasn't in the building and that we had to Wait for them to come back... After waiting over 20 minutes we were told they couldn't open them because there wasn't enough staff... The store was nearly empty. Woefully disorganized and chronically understaffed with price irregularities for the same product. Be prepared for a long line wait on weekends for sure. The staff who are there are genuinely nice but clearly overwhelmed. That said you can find good graphic tees year round. Menswear has the best size inclusive options that haven't been picked over. Toiletries/beauty are hit or miss. Lots of trash and cigarette butts always outside entrance nobody ever picks up probably owing to limited staff.
