The place was not all that busy. We requested a Buffalo chicken breast & were told ok & gave us a table number. After 20 minutes no food for our table & we had to go ask about it. Then the employee apologized and came back shortly with a Buffalo chicken pizza. We explained to her what we had requested and she said I will go see what we can do for this. She was very nice & trying to make us happy. She came out a bit later with a Buffalo chicken breast in a to go container, delivered it & as she was walking back to the buffets/up front, a lady, whom I assume was a manager was loudly & rudely telling her we don’t do that. The lady said ok but the “manager” repeated it (rudely) a couple more times. If the manager needed to tell her that, for 1 take her away from the customers & 2 say something to the guy at the register as well. I felt very bad for the lady who got us the chicken breast & the manager was just plain rude. And finally she came by our table to remove our used plates, which no one had cleared the entire time we were there, and was like I’m sorry, we are all tired. And made excuses for her being rude. I have been in the industry & in a management position and I was appalled. Not sure we will be back to dine in at the...

Read moreUsually I love this restaurant but yesterday I was in with my family of 6 and it was not a good experience. The place was crowded and we found a table that had a reserved sign on it. Now usually those tables are marked reserved for big families like mine so we sat down but this time was not the case. The lady working there asked if we were part of that party and when we said no we just needed a big table, she said well you need to move. Not well this table is actually reserved for a party but if you wait a second, I can find you somewhere, like a good customer service worker would do. We were not only embarrassed but now standing there for awhile still looking for a table. We should’ve asked for our money back. The last time was pretty close to the same thing only that time the waitress didn’t say two words to us when she dropped off our pizza except to say is this yours? Not very good service if you ask me. I don’t think we’ll be going back there soon. Shame because they do have good food, just not...
