Entertainment Expressions — Local services in Pleasant Valley Township

I hardly ever write reviews for companies. I just don't have the time for companies that make me feel like another number...no matter how great their products are. I've bought from Entertainment Expressions now a handful of times, and have recommended them to friends, family, and businesses. So I thought I should take the time to leave a review. Are you the type that just goes to the big box store and expect them to give you the proper 101 on the current home entertainment needs?? Well some, maybe one or two of them, MAY know whats the best thing on the market or what they are talking about. Half the time they are coached to sell such-and-such product to move it off the shelf or they may get a bonus for selling it that month. Technology has to be one of the top fields that there is NO TIME for sleep. Things are changing everyday! I don't know about you, but if I'm going to spend thousands of dollars then I buy a system that has add on capability when new stuff comes out, or has the capability to download new software just like my iPhone. I can get the up-to-date features without buying a new whole system. Not only that but since I've been shopping at Entertainment Expressions (since 2009) it's always the same people. Can you say the same about your big box store? Do you remember the name of the person you bought that $2,000 plus system from? Have they called you up to see how the system is working 1 month let alone 1 YEAR LATER??!!?? People rely on reviews these days before they buy into the company and their products. Sometimes you get a bad review here and there. If you see that then it's your duty to do your research further. If I see a company with say 20 good reviews and one bad review, then I ask more questions and ask for more customer service...e.g. warranty or on-site service. If I see a company with 60 four star reviews, but one or two three star reviews...I do a little bit more research. In the end I always deal with the same people here at Entertainment Expressions. If you want a system that blows your socks off and raises the hair on your neck, then search no further my friend. You...

Jeff, you are by far second to none when is comes to knowledge and expertise on pointing us to the products that are perfect for our use. easy to work with, not pushy or trying to sell you something you don't need. Prices are fair for high end quality products you are buying. Jess and Dan were a pleasure to talk to during install. Flawless, clean looking work as always.
