Crossroads Fireworks Quad Cities Superstore — Local services in Pleasant Valley Township

My Husband wanted to Purchase the Godfather last year but funds were limited. So he saved his money and we GOT IT last night! Johnny helped Us! He said the box wouldn't fit in my vehicle so he cut it down and loaded it into my vehicle for Us! Johnny is AWESOME! He helped us with all of our questions and even told us about the different give aways and how to go about finding it! Johnny went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND with his Customer Service!! Pretty great family friendly firework shop. Located 10 mins across the Iowa/Illinois border. They carry some great brands (Great Grizzly, Fire Factory, Black Cat & more). Great Grizzly/Fire Factory are great brands and it was my main reason for stopping in this shop.

The owner was very polite, along with all of his staff. He was also very knowledgeable about his products. The store is very clean and modern. I liked that they had areas you could scan & watch your fireworks before you purchase. I wish I had taken some photos of the store but added a photo of some of the products...

My son and I went in there and nobody offered to help us out .high prices and very very poor service....we were there about 15 minutes and not one sales person offered to help. We went down to the fairgrounds at a firework stand, had awesome staff Greeted us when we walked in showed us around told us what products did that we asked about and they also offer a 100 percent product garintee no matter what.
