The amazing people at BlueHira helped design and create the perfect engagement and wedding ring for my 20 year vow renewal. My wife can’t stop looking at it. And at a price that was so ridiculous that I LITERALLY took it to a jeweler to confirm it was real.

I bought a lens to look at the etching to confirm it was the diamond I selected, bought a scratch test to ensure it was real platinum, and generally went over this ring with a fine tooth comb. Cause…c’mon. No way I was getting this level of personalized customer service, custom design, unbelievably high quality diamond, and gorgeous platinum for the price I paid.

But it’s all legit.

And to add to the amazing experience… there was one tiny flaw in the finished product and they IMMEDIATELY overnighted the ring back to them, fixed it, and sent it back to me. And it’s at times like those that you really get to know the quality of a company’s customer service.

My husband bought me an upgrade wedding ring and we chose Blue Hira due to the easy of their website and their ring designs. The process was extremely easy. We picked out a diamond, had access to all of the specs, once we chose the diamond, we found a setting and was able to select the customization I wanted. Throughout the process, Jay was extremely communicative. He sent my husband photos of the ring throughout the process: casing, setting, then finally with the center diamond set. He sent videos, photos and even made sure to sent tracking information. The communication is incredible! Amazzziinngg I was skeptical at first because I couldn’t add anything to cart. Then he text and called me . I read the reviews and said ok this must real then and not a scam. He then proceeded to say for me to a get bigger diamond as well the price would be around the same I upgraded from 2.50 to 3.85 center diamond amazing customer service all the way through. Only downfall is no insurance on the ring even though it says lifetime warranty . Besides that no complaints
