The first experience with Logo Boss was so pleasant that there was no question about where I'd get the next batch of event shirts printed. Now after the second experience, I felt I should write this review. On our second order, we were on a very tight deadline, but Logo Boss was quick, flexible and made sure we had what we needed when we needed it. They provided superior customer service. Stopped by to get a single hat embroidered and was told it would take a week and a half even though their embroidery-machine room was not even being used. A couple of other guys were sitting at a desk and mosying around in the back rooms. "We have too many orders," the disinterested male clerk said.

Whatever happened to customer service? I predict they'll be closed within 6 months with that kind of customer attention.

I wonder if I had told them I'm looking for a place to embroider...

Came in to have some t-shirts made for students at an elementary school. 50 shirts in total. 3 different designs. Was in a rush because another screenprinter fell through last minute. Sent them my designs via email and a week later I picked up the-shirts. Approvals and notifications were done through email. Straightforward communication. The entire process was affordable, timely...
