My husband is vegetarian and I don’t eat red meat so we ordered the vegetarian pho, chicken pho and vegetarian banh mi with tofu. I am an avid pho fan and it was one of the best I’ve tried. They don’t use beef broth in the chicken pho like other places do so that was cool. The broth was flavorful and the chicken was cooked right. Hubby loved his veggie broth and vegetables too. The best in the Tri-Valley by a big margin. The menu is simple, but very delicious. The owner and cook (named Thuy, I think) is a very sweet and hard working woman.
