I must admit that today the one young boy that works there left me on hold for 25 mins then hung up on me after they couldn't locate my package. I called back and they said they would find out what happened to the late package but never got back to me. Shipping is extremely over priced as well.... (Update) this never got straightened out. No one could get to the end of it. I had to refund the purchase. Then on top of everything the "you must wear a mask mandate" thanks to tom wolf is deff enforced there and this bs gotta stop. Other than that it's a good store and have had nothing except good service. Overall I will be using their location and services again in near future. By the way, if you have any kind of boxes or packaging at home then do so before you go down to then to have it shipped. Their boxes and bags fors shipping is incredibly expensive. The confirmation said the order would be ready by Monday 3pm. When I went to pick the order up on Tuesday, the girl working there said she didnt know how to do print jobs and there was nothing she could do. I asked for my money back and she said she doesnt do that either. I called the corporate number and was told they cant make a store print the order or give money back. When the manager of the store finally called me back 6 hours later, she said I would have to wait until the transaction posted to my account, take a screenshot of it and then email it to the store to get my refund. Read moreI specifically picked this UPS store to get a business mailing address because of the convenience of the location amongst other things. Courtney and C.C. were great but unfortunately their store manager did not equip them with authorization or the know how of opening new accounts. I have called several times on the status of my application but everything seemed to fall on the response of the postmaster general to approve the mailing address which still had to go through the store manager that was "out of town". I was even told the manager would follow up with me once she returned. It has been over a month and I never received a call, voicemail, or email in regard to opening a mailing address. I have never done business with a UPS store with this level of poor...
