Can't believe I'm leaving a 1 star review. The location and the guy working there were just "different" in the worst way. Cold meatballs that he KNEW about, no fountain drinks at all, repeating myself over and over, weird condiment distribution.
I've never thought it could be possible to care so little about the operation of a franchise until now. My wife got the meatball and the guy said they were still cold so he would warm them up, weird but we rolled with it. Sure enough, still cold inside, my wife said it was disgusting. Gotta be a health issue here to have lukewarm food to be served. I got turkey and wanted the condiments first so it's not a mess and he offered me packets which doesn't really make sense, I said no just in the bread. When I ate the sandwich it's like he made 4 piles of mustard. A bit would be crazy mustard and then nothing for a bit. We didn't know about the lack of drinks until we were checking out. We asked for WATER as well and he said the cooler was all they had. We had to REINTERATE we want water and finally got cups. I also bought a few drinks from the cooler. Just dealing with this guy was weird. Not sure if this is what he's told to do for whatever reason or it's just his own thing but man, never going to...
Read moreTo the store manager: your restaurant, which is your responsibility, was not properly stocked today. I placed an on line order for 2 sandwiches and added bacon to both. The employee called to tell me the store was out of bacon (really? you have sandwiches on your menu with bacon in the name). I requested a refund and he tried to tell me I'd have to go on line. Wasn't about to do that and told him he could refund me from the register when I arrived. He said he would pay me from his own pocket. Not sure if that's where the money actually came from or not, but regardless, you not taking care of your responsibility of stocking your store put your employee in a very uncomfortable position. I would guess mine wasn't tbe first bacon conversation he had today. Apologize to your employee and do your...
Read moreAll of the employees are wonderful and very polite. The food is mostly good, although bread is sometimes stale. My biggest issue with this store is the fact that there is only ever one underpaid employee on shift at any given time, and the manager is seemingly never there. There are other issues, like cleanliness, but at the end of the day I don’t eat in the restaurant. Just looking at the store screams health code & food safety violations that the owner clearly does not care about and also potential violations of labor laws, considering the fact that there is never a manager on shift and the employees are left alone to manage an entire store for likely less than $12.50/hour. Management and employee conditions must change at this location, otherwise I will not...
