GIANT — Local services in Plumstead Township

Today was one of the scariest moments of our lives!!! Kyleigh got lost at Giant food store for about 10-15 mins but it felt like hours we couldn't find her, Dennis and I were running around in different directions looking for her. Everyone in that store stopped what they were doing and helped us, strangers were looking for her, the store employees stopped and helped looked for her the manager stopped and shut everything down and locked the doors and looked for her.... everything in my body and head just stopped I couldn't breathe I got dizzy I wanted to pass out not being able to find or know where my little girl was. We finally found her and everyone was coming up to us making sure we were ok and that she was ok. Thank you to everyone that helped us get our daughter back and thank you to the Giant employees and manager for making it possible to get her back in our arms safely and making her your top priority!!!!!! Living in a small town pays off strangers end up like family. Thank you everyone again for helping us find her we can't thank...

Terrible service. Rude staff, cancled service but still charged me fee when i tried to send money through western union. This time i came to try to use it again, they were served the lady behind me first so i walked aways, second i waited until nobody there and tried to send money again then another lady here serving me was rude , i stood there for little bit and she was look mad and ask how may i help you i said can i send money through western union, and then she ask: name. Oh wow you cant say anything polite more than that? Keep going like that she ask : phone number. Very rude i was mad so i cancle the service i dont need to use it here again. Terrible, guess the manager doesn't care whatever his worker doing rude to customer. Ruin my day. F*. I came here to use service not about i come here to let people ruin my day....

Management is always grumpy and not pleasant to speak too. The deli grab and go section is gross and needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Maybe if the people working the deli counter stopped talking for once amongst each other and actually worked (cleaned) and waited on customers, the area would be clean and not a long wait. They are also very rude in that department. They are bothered when you interrupt their conversation to ask for help. A smile and pleasant workers go a long way with customers. We are the reason you have a job, treat people better! I have to add that the bakery section is always nice and neat, orderly and clean! The cashiers when checking out are always pleasant and helpful, so thank you and keep up...
