Wawa — Restaurant in Plumstead Township

10/21/24 I’ve been getting the Turkey bowl for many years now ! Today we stopped and got two for dinner ! Dinner time came and had them for dinner , I asked my wife if she hit the children’s portion ? No only one size , I guess this is my last Turkey bowl , the portion was extremely small more than when they came out ! It’s hardly worth the almost $10 price ! I stopped getting my hoagies there also very skimpy ! Well I can find gas cheaper most anywhere , so I guess that was my last visit to any WaWa ! They should be disgraced at the cheating of their customers who contributed to the company growth through the years … they need to start treating customer base much much better ! I’m done with them ! Tired of being gyped everywhere I go now...

I love this Wawa store. It is always clean and the employees are always very friendly. One of my favorite employees is Deb who works the register most mornings. She is a staple there and is always so kind and friendly and always starts my day off with a smile and puts me in a positive mood. She is very nice and customer oriented. I also thought Alyssa was very nice. I was short a dime in my change and rather than pull out a dollar she pulled one from the slush fund and I thought that was very sweet and kind and helpful. The people that make the food do a great job and are quick and courteous. Just wanted to take a minute and complement this place....

Quite literally EVERY online order I do (always prepaid thru the app) is never out well past the time of pickup and I regularly stand there until someone finally asks what I’m waiting for and it’s miraculously always done and just sitting back behind the counter. When I asked the manager on duty how I can rectify this his solution was to just come in and order on the screen….why offer mobile ordering then? Shortest wait I’ve had is 11 minutes past estimated pick up, longest was almost 40 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and they had no problem just giving me the cold food that had been sitting behind the counter...
