My son and I came in to find him a bed this past weekend. We had a vague idea of what we were looking for but nothing nailed down. We spent time looking around, all the while knowing that if we needed help, staff was nearby willing to help but not being overwhelmingly intrusive. No one tried to steer us one way or another, it was obvious they werent competing for commisson which many other sales people do. We found a set and mattress we really liked. This particular set was in the clearance side and we were never made to feel like we were less than for purchasing a discounted set versus the more expensive ones on the other side of the store. Keith helped up throughout the whole visit. He ended up selling us the floor model as the set we wanted was not available in the back. Due to the fact that it was the floor model, the boxspring had some wear and tear so Keith very kindly made sure we were given a brand new one that was factory wrapped. I was willing to have the set and mattress delivered even though we lived nearby since I did not think it would fit in my vehicle. Keith took the time to measure my vehicle and assured me it would. He could have simply closed the sale and taken my money but he did not. The rest of the staff who loaded the set in my car took great care to wrap it so it remained in perfect condition as well as carefully loaded it up. This was my first experience with Plymouth Furniture and I will absolutely not be my last! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!! Keith, you deserve a raise for your kind...

I'll update you with a picture of this brand new bed frame in my burn pile. I'd be embarrassed to even try to resell this particle board garbage. Never again. They keep the headboards high up on a shelf where you can't touch them and see how flimsy they are.

They also told me it would all come in boxes so I could assemble it myself since that's the only way it would fit in my truck or up my stairs. For some reason only the headboard came assembled. They gave me a story about how they had to put it together to make sure they all the pieces were there. Why didn't the rest have to be put together for inspection? Because they were dishonest and gave me the floor model. Not only did I have to make a second trip to come back with a bigger truck, but I had to take it apart to get it in my house just to put it together and realize this king size bed frame is of such poor quality it falls apart moving it into place after assembly.
