I'm sitting at the curdside waiting on one small mini concrete for 20 minutes already when I actually ordered online 15 minutes before arriving. The runner was super nice, no complaints there at all. The drive thru people were getting their orders though almost immediately, which is great drive thru service but I really think that people that ordered ahead of time should receive their order before upon arrival orders. Our runner even said that he had to remake our ice cream because it was just sitting there and turned to goop. If my order was just sitting there that entire time I'm waiting, I'm having a hard time understanding why they didn't just bring it out. They still have my business, Culver's is great and the people are great and I understand it gets crazy busy. This is moreso a message to management to operate curdside vs drive thru a little more efficiently and/or equally. Even when in a hurry, like we were tonight, It would have been better apparently to do the drive thru instead of...
Read moreWent through the drive-thru and ordered 5 baskets. Got our drinks and moved forward to wait for our food. We didn’t wait long, the lady read us our order and we agreed that it was correct. Right after we grabbed the bag, another lady came up as if something was wrong with our bagged order but wouldn’t do anything about it because we had already touched the bag. We asked if something was wrong and waited for a response from the two ladies but they wouldn’t say anything to us, just told us we were fine and we could leave. We looked in the bag and thought everything was there but when we got home we were missing a sourdough melt.
Poor customer service. They knew something was wrong with the items they gave us but didn’t even try to fix it. They could have asked us to look through the bag for the patty melt since we had already touched the bag and we would have had no problem doing so. They just gave us blank looks and let us drive away without acknowledging the...
Read moreIn my experience, Culver's is ALWAYS a great place to eat—they set themselves a high standard for service and cleanliness compared to a lot of fast food restaurants. However, I've gotta give a shout-out to the Plymouth crew—they're always outgoing and friendly. They always stop by to see how my meal is, and it's always great. The few mistakes I've ever had happen were small and easy to fix, like asking for a milk carton they forgot. And when it comes to the food, it's always delicious—I've never had it too salty or greasy (the fish sandwich can be a little messy, but that's because it's cod). I highly recommend eating at Culver's, even if it's just for dessert—their frozen...
