Very disappointed with today’s service, the waitress on duty was rude and unhelpful. We came last week for the first time and were very pleased with the food AND service. But when I came back today expecting the same service as last time I was disappointed to say I got the complete opposite, my party of 4 wanted to sit at a table of 6 because we don’t like to be crammed together at one small table but when I asked to sit at the table of 6 the waitress rudely said no that it’s meant for 6 people and while I understand that, it wasn’t busy at all and were more than enough tables available. If it had been busy and an actual table of 6 needed it I obviously wouldn’t have asked but that wasn’t the case, there were maybe 4 other tables being used and the rest were completely empty. When one of my party members tried sitting at the table anyways the waitress AGAIN rudely commented “I’m warning you now not to do that” in what world do u say that to a paying customer? The comment did not sit right with me or the rest of my party. We decided that this place isn’t for us and won’t be coming back which is sad because this was actually one of the first places where the food was...

Went with my wife to get some good Mexican food. We were greeted when we entered. The nachos were still warm and thin and crispy. They had a bowl of salsa for the chips, but also brought out 3 squeeze bottle containers with various other sauces in them, that I also used with my chips. I ordered the Fajita trio that had steak, chicken and 4 HUGE shrimp, with red and green peppers and onions with 3 tortillas. The little frying pan came out sizzling. Half of it went home in a container for breakfast this morning. My wife ordered the Pollo a la Plancha con Championes. The chicken breast was prepared perfectly and her plate was filled with onions and mushrooms. (she requested no Jalapenos) Half of her meal came home also, but for dinner today. Four of us stopped in after going to the EAA airshow. After sitting down we were talking about how "dead" the place was. We were the only customers in the building. After ordering, and the waitress returned with our pitcher of margaritas, we asked "what the deal was with lack of people in the place". She said that they close at 8:00. We asked, "well what time is it now"? She replied "8:05". We felt horrible coming into the place at 7:55. The waitress told us that it's all good, and tried not to make us feel any worse than what we already did. All of the employees went out of their way to make us feel welcomed, even though we held them up from getting out on time. To me, this shows what real customer service is all about.
