I waited over 40 minutes for my order at the Subway in Plymouth — and I had already placed it ahead of time through the mobile app. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The staff, including someone I assume was the owner, was incredibly rude and visibly upset that I used a coupon from the official app. Even though I had already paid, they barely wanted to honor the order and acted like I was doing something wrong.
When I finally got my food, the sub looked like a joke — barely any ingredients, frozen cucumbers, and a receipt was literally touching all the vegetables. The place was disgusting. I watched as they used dirty utensils, never changed gloves, and handled cash while touching food.

I work 2 jobs and have been deemed Essential in both. With all the closures and restrictions it has been difficult to find food service as I have little time to shop, let alone cook. I rely heavily on the local businesses and delivery services for my meal options and being able to pay online and pick-up via the Drive thru is very much appreciated. I order sometimes before they open, mid day and sometimes not long before they close (I try not to).
