It seems it depends on the time I go. Literally, a night and day experience. We all have bad days, it happens, However in my opinion, it seems repetitive from several daytime employees. Seems they are either rude or just there. No personalty. I've been in customer service for over 10 years, and if a customer does not understand something, DONT interrupt and DEFINATELY don't argue. You can lose customers fast. They say that for every bad experience a person has, they will tell at least 5 people, pretty simple math. CS rule #1, listen, just listen. it goes a long way. #2, show some understanding, and maybe even show a little empathy. I know the pharmacy is shorthanded, and they work really, really hard. They 100% do. Many of us have the same type of job. However, to have a pharmacist, not technician, look at you, no smile, and seeing them deflate with a sigh before coming to you is not right either. Id probably lose my job if I did something like that. Very least, reprimanded. It makes me feel like I'm bothering them. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't want to go someplace if I'm "bothering" them. I found a different pharmacy that's also shorthanded but has given me nothing but positive vibes. It's kind of like what I get from the evening staff. Nothing but good good vibes 👍 The 2 stars would...
Read moreAfter my visit here today, it's clear to me why these stores are rapidly closing. There was more staff in the store than customers. Despite that, I waited more than 20 minutes for a covid test. The person who eventually administered my covid test said they would call in 15 minutes with the result, but never called at all and the result was positive for covid. While I waited, I witnessed staff tend to customers with what I would describe as a less than professional demeanor. Rather than, "how may I help you", I witnessed one woman address an elderly woman with, "what's up". I suppose this seems trivial, but is a testament to a progressively lazy and disrespect approach to customer service. I will personally no longer offer my business...
Read moreNot only do they have trouble getting your prescriptions Now this Walgreens entire store doesn't follow the hours that they're supposed to be open! It says 10:00 p.m. for a closing but I've already seen them close as early as 8:00 p.m.! How can you run a chain national store like this? This Walgreens pharmacy in particular is terrible! They get your prescription from your doctor and then they rarely have it in stock. Then when you ask them to send the prescription over to another Walgreens they say they can't! People need their prescriptions they don't need someone to play a game with them . I will probably try to transfer out of Walgreens altogether and go to...
