Edited after they got in contact with the person the recliner was gifted to and saw it was a manufacturer defect.

I personally am done with this company because they only cared about their services after seeing a 1 star review on Facebook, they didn't care before that when they were called 3 times the same day it was delivered.

This project began with the return of original twin beds used by the Duke and Duchess of Windsor when they visited Culver, Indiana in the late 1940's! Marilyn Banfich steered me in the right direction to complete a difficult renovation, beginning with restoring these beds, which were in very poor condition. Marilyn was always encouraging , never pushy-even when I lagged behind in the timing. She made the project SO very enjoyable, and was such a delight to work with. Not friendly or helpful. Purchased a day bed for my elderly mother. Specifically told them it could not be taller than couch height. Even had them measure mattress and add the bed frame height . Since they did not have the bed frame in stock we trusted they new the bed height. Ordered and when it came in it was way too tall. At least 12 inches taller than a couch. Complete waste of $1,200 and when I complained was basically told that mattress was not returnable and nothing they could do. So much for customer service.
