I had such a great experience with Sandy and Lesley during our group class. It was filled with yoga, meditation, and a meal prep class. They are both so kind, insightful, and create a welcoming, fun, and lighthearted environment. The yoga was so relaxing and Lesley explained everything step by step so it became easy to follow along. The meditation guided by Sandy helped me focus on deep breathing and truly grounding myself. It was so relaxing to listen to the sound bowls she played during the meditation. The food was very delicious and I learned an amazing healthy and tasty new recipe. I would highly recommend taking a class with Sandy and Lesley at the Union!
