Made an appointment February 22nd for 10 am March 30th to put in a remote start for my wife's car as a birthday present. Liked the price, and the lifetime warranty. Took the day off of work for March 30th, show up for appointment and store was closed, lights off. Waited around 30 minutes, called and left voice messages with business, cell phone number, and Facebook message. Can't get a hold of anyone / no one has let me know what is going on. Patiently waiting 2 hours later, but irritated that I took the day off to do this, worried this won't be done in time for wife's birthday... Will update when I hear something.

Chuck got a hold of me later that evening. Had a bit of a scheduling mix up, thought he was clear for the day and went to play in the snow. (All work and no play is no fun - understandable!) Got me in the next morning to ensure wifey got her present. Very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about his craft.

I recently had Chuck at AVS install an emergency lighting and siren package on my F150. The wiring I gave him was an incomplete mess and I figured it wouldn't be a cut and dried job. Despite it being a unique install and probably a little different than what he does on a normal day, Chuck ended up doing an amazing job for what I felt was a reasonable price. Working with him through the process was seamless, communication was great, and I truly couldn't be happier with the end product. His attention to detail really shined through in the end product. As an example of the great customer service AVS provides to loyal customers: Recently had a nonAudio related issue with our truck(drivers side seat broke) and didn't know who to call. Called up AVS and Chuck was happy to take a look for us. He charged us a very reasonable price and had it fixed quickly.
