BengalWorks Graphics — Local services in Pocatello

I have used this business several times without issues, and then out of the blue their work became lacking. Firstly, I sent them pictures to print to celebrate our first cohort of graduate students in our new program. Instead of simply printing the pictures, they took it upon themselves to edit the sharpness and color of the pictures (something that did not show in the proof sent). They look absolutely awful, but we were pushed for time. Then we ordered our Christmas Cards from Nitrographics as we do every year. They failed to call and inform us that they were in the middle of a business merger. When they finally did tell us, we were two weeks away from Christmas. Now, I just recently referred a club member to this business for printing flyers for our club. There was a confusion with instructions and instead of contacting her with questions, they filled the order incorrectly and charged us full price. I am based out of Payette, ID, whereas, BengalWorks Graphics is based out of Pocatello, ID. I start off with this, as local vendors of these services around me are not as quick and responsive as BengalWorks Graphics. I've requested many quotes from several different vendors nearest me nad have just had poor customer service from all of them. I appreciate BengalWorks Graphics so much. They have provided me a great quality product and the most excellent customer service ever. I highly recommend them. They are quick on their turnaround time of processing orders as well. That is very important for me as I am usually requesting orders at the last minute. I appreciate their dedication to meet my deadlines. If I could give Bengalworks 10 stars I would. They go above and beyond with customer service and their high quality work each and everytime we contact them. We experienced the tragic passing of a family member and Shiloh and his team created the most beautiful Casket-Wrap for our loved one. They produced a product on short notice that was personalized, BEAUTIFUL, matched exactly what we were looking for. We couldn't have been happier with the product.
