This is a great place! The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. My sewing students who have gone here for repairs, information, or parts have told me they are fully satisfied with both the repair service and the customer service. They really believe in their products, and they steer customers to the machines that will be best for them, not the most expensive ones. One of the machines I used in my sewing classroom developed problems. Unable to resolve the issues with normal repairs they looked deeper and discovered a major part that must have been damaged in the manufacturing process and gotten worse with the vibrations of normal use. This little business is hard to find. However, they do have a great selection of fabric. The service here is very friendly as well. They offer help without being a pester. I did find that the pricing was more than the chain stores around town, but I think that is partly because they do not use coupons here.

They had a lot more flannel here for a particular project I was working on which was really nice. There are a lot of tables in the back that I believe you can use for doing projects, but I have never done that. I know I call Allen with panic in my voice, but with a little problem solving and phone support, we are back up and running.
