El Herradero food truck — Restaurant in Pocatello

Last time I went was a year or so ago to the restaurant and was not good. Screwed up my order They use to be amazing. Was wanting a burrito so decided to give them a shot again at their wagon. Service was ok. Except they can’t understand what you’re ordering. Food was not good. I ordered a chicken burrito with fresh jalapeños on it. Got the burrito. No chicken or jalapeños. Just rice and beans with a little lettuce. Tasted way too salty. These guys have gone down hill. Not impressed. Won’t go...

Not only is this the best food truck I’ve ever been too, it’s hands down the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. I’ve lived in Las Vegas, texas, and Arizona all of which are suppose to have great Mexican food and none of them even holds a candle to this truck!

WARNING! food is super addictive. My wife and I stop here at least 3 or 4 times a month. Also the food comes out insanely fast! Sometimes before I can even walk back to the car they are calling my order....

I love this food! I ordered the Street Taco plate. It was the perfect size for me. It was tasty. The refried beans were cooked to perfection and rice was tender and tasty. It came with two little cups of hot sauce. It was garnished with Jalapeños, carrots and onions. No complaints here! Overall it was an excellent experience. I definitely recommend this food...
