We absolutely SCOURED Pocatello, Idaho Falls, and even Rexburg looking for a green suit in the right tone for our wedding and couldn't find anything. It turns out I had forgotten to check back with Robinville when they hadn't answered my call the first time (or maybe I called on a weekend and forgot to call back? Something like that). We were about to pay $900 for a custom-made suit from Dillard's when I called these guys again just in case. I M SO THANKFUL that I did. We had a month and a half to go before the wedding, and they had a green suit in the perfect color and a really flattering cut. I think we got the jacket, pants, and vest plus alterations for about $400 (and my husband also got some nice white shirts from them, but I can't remember what they're called). We were a little picky about fit and had to reorder a different size for the jacket, but even with that delay, everything was done within 4 weeks. Robin was great about reaching out to contact us when alterations were done. Honestly, I was just impressed with these guys from the first minute. Everywhere else we went (especially in Idaho Falls) had employees who didn't seem to know what they were doing and gave my then fiancé suits to try on that were not the cut or size he asked for. It was a mess. But Robin has a sizing suit with all the different sizes marked on it so customers can see exactly where the suit they order will fit. It's so handy! She really knows her stuff. On top of that, everywhere else we looked would only order the suit for the price they told you, and you'd have to pay for alterations on top of it. We MUCH preferred this suit over the ugly suits from Farrell's that would've been $500 before alterations. I stopped in for all my husband's fittings, and I really found myself wishing that I had taken my wedding dress to them for alterations because I had an absolute nightmare getting my alterations done. Finally, I'm convinced that all seamstresses are a little bit lacking in the customer service department (maybe because they're trying to juggle so many projects), but Robin is the nicest and most professional seamstress I've encountered. And she writes everything down, so if she forgets, you can bring it up, and she will check her notes and make sure she sets things right. If you want a green suit that's pretty middle-of-the-road dark green (not a blue-ish pine or a yellow-ish olive), this is the perfect...

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with their service and communication. I gave my wedding dress to them two months before my wedding. They asked I pick up my dress the day before my wedding, but I insisted I wanted it the weekend before. I even called a couple weeks before to confirm I could pick it up the Friday before my wedding the next week on Tuesday. I arrived that morning and they said they hadn’t even started my dress that they had had for 2 months. They stated they could have it done by the end of the day, which they did. However there were some additional alterations needed, they said they could have it done by Monday the next day- which was cutting it close as we were leaving late Monday night. I arrived Monday morning again and they once again hadn’t even started!! Once again! I was extremely upset, but respected they could have it done. I ended up calling 45 minutes before closing, and they still had lots to get done on my dress. My fiancé had to go pick my dress up, as waiting for the dress to be finished made me late for my bachelorette party. He showed up at closing- still not done. He had to wait 10 minutes over to get my dress. When handing him the dress they asked him a very rude question stating “She’s really angsty to get her dress, isn’t she?” Of course I was as my wedding was the next day! I would have been understanding if they told me they couldn’t get it done on my timeline and encouraged me to go somewhere else so it could be finished on time. But they did not.
