Crêpe Soleil — Restaurant in Pocono Township

This is in the little food court at the Crossings Outlet Mall. So it's not really much of an atmosphere, but the actual restaurant is just amazing! The food is so delicious, so perfectly prepared, the portions are huge imo.

We had the Kalamata savory crepe & wow!!! The flavors are bursting, the ingredients taste fresh, the profiles are so well complimented! Again, the portions are really big!

We also had the S'mores sweet crepe! Such a tasty plate!

I absolutely love the crepes. I used to visit almost daily when it was located in Center Valley. I think I might have tried almost every crepe. Mariquita, Framboise, and Bon Dia are my favorites but you can't go wrong with any of them. The owner is a very nice and personable guy. He isn't cheap and definitely fills your crepe. I would never have expected a well prepared crepe stuffed with smoke salmon, capers, and more at a food court for 11 bucks... but life is full of surprises.

They were short staffed, just like the rest of America, but managed to serve us very quickly!

My only complaint is that despite being attached pita place, they didn't have an option to put falafel in the pita! 🤤
