Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in Pocono Township

How bad can a restaurant really be? ...well let me tell you. I went there literally last night, I was craving a good sandwich and fries. I went into the establishment, I wasn't too keen on the fact the "chefs" looked about 16 years old however I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered the sourdough BLT and added chicken. Within about 10 min I had my food. I took it to go. Upon opening the meal I noticed my fries were undercooked, not all of them but way more than what would have been I guess passable (which just blows my mind because other than myself there was one family of 3 in there already eating so my meal was technically the only one being made). I started to eat the sandwich and just let me tell you, it was absolutely disappointing. The sourdough bread it came on was dry/stale (obviously old) there wasn't any tomato which you would assume would be there given it was a BLT. The lettuce was just sad. About half way into eating the sandwich I bit into what seemed like cartilage. I instantly spit it out and threw out the meal altogether. And what really kills me is just for the 2 items it was almost $13!!!! NEVER AGAIN. Don't waste your money. If you're shopping at this current mall don't for a second believe this place is your only source of food. Get on rt. 611 and theres plenty more to choose from. Just sad, I've eaten at johnny rockets many a times and it's never been...

This restaurant was so far below the grade level available. Negative rating should be given. NO SHAKES, NO CHILI FRIES, NO ICE. This restaurant was so bad. Highly priced for mediocre food. The burger i got the lettuce that was given was the hard curvy part of a lettuce. I guess they were lazy to cut good leaf lettuce. No ice on our soda at all. Room temp. No chili fries ? Isnt this a staple food for Johnny Rockets?? I asked for specific things to be removed from burger. Its like Carley didnt listen. Carley is something else as well. She is rude, bitter and no customer service at all. It looked like she was bothered to the cashier. We were about to leave it was just about to turn 5 when new customers came in and they told them the store was closed. When the sign says Sundays close at 6? So im confused. They are in a hurry to close thats why they do such poorly work. This employees that were in this shift cause people to not come back to this location. Management should have a talk with them especially Carley. She overall should look for another line of work. Dont come here, not worth your time or money. Go somewhere else. This restaurant...

My mom ordered a kids milkshake, they brought out a big one, we questioned but just assumed that it's what we were charged for, I dip my finger in to get some whipped cream and the cashier comes out and says he gave us the wrong shake, grabbed it off the table, grabbed a straw and gave it to the correct customer AFTER IT CROSSED THE COUNTER AND I HAD MY FINGER IN IT! The girl we believe to be the manager watched him do it and said nothing until she heard me complaing and after I went and told the other customer, she had the worker go and ASK if they want him to make a new one! A cook had facial hair and didnt have a beard net on as he should, and another, female, worked with no hat or hair net on, it was up but really long and below the shoulders, went in the back near the food, and the other lady who we believe to be a manager as well (the first one had left when she arrived) was near the food with her hair completely down.
