Disappointed. Returned a bag my daughter got me as a gift. She bought it memorial week sale my birthday was the 1st of June. It was really expensive and bigger than I wanted so we exchanged it. She also works 2 stores over. I picked out a cheaper smaller purse with a wallet. Ended up costing $50 more for one day. I feel really terrible my daughter is a college student working three jobs trying to do something nice for my 60th birthday. She bought 4 purses, cleaners and a charm over the past few months. I told her try Michael Korrs. I'm going to feel horrible every time I use my purse because I wanted a...
Read moreThis store is the worst! Unfortunately the lady whom states she is the manager seems to know very little. Whikst I was greeted it was extremely hard to get any kind of help. I was directed right to the available items, and was assisted with color options etc. I ended up buying a lovely wallet which I know will be greatly appreciated. These two young ladies are what customer service should be about. Pleasant and helpful. I almost felt like I had a personal shopper. Thank...
