Thanks for responding, but I have to be honest — that answer doesn’t match reality. I’ve asked for the swim lanes multiple times, and not once have they been put in place since they were removed. Saying they’re available “on request” doesn’t help if staff never actually follow through. This is a lap pool, not a splash zone, and it’s frustrating to constantly deal with people jumping into the lanes while I’m trying to train. It’s not just inconvenient — it’s unsafe. If you want to call this an aquatic center, then the swim lanes should be a standard feature, not a favor. Please stop giving scripted replies and start taking action. You’re losing serious swimmers over this.
