Mizu Teppanyaki & Sushi III — Restaurant in Poinciana

I'm really not the type of person who would come after you if there's hair in my plate or if an order was wrong but this man it's an old older man who's usually up front I call in and I tell him that I want a chicken tempura sushi with a side of noodles so when I get there I have 5 pieces of chicken tempura but not sushi so I go back nicely and I'm telling him hey I didn't order the five-piece chicken I order the sushi and he was like no you didn't you order the chicken and I told him I have been here several times I know what I get and I know how much it cost he told me oh well you should have listened better and really extremely extremely rude and telling me that I owed him $3 and I have to pull up my calculator and tell him that he owed me $0.59 and I didn't owe him $3 so after that he's speaking Japanese under his breath saying all this s* probably and then comes back with a chicken tempura sushi so small not worth what I paid for I'm not going to lie every time I've been there the food's been great the customer service other than him has been great but either he has to be fired or someone needs to teach him how to deal...

Terrible service. We were not greeted when we entered and were told to seat ourselves. We waited 10 minutes before a lady even came over to offer us drinks. She dropped off the drinks and just walked away. She didn’t say that she’d be back or if someone else would be back to take our order or how much longer it would be. We waited another 10 minutes before a gentleman finally came over and took our order. (20 minutes after arriving) The gentleman told us we had the wrong menu’s and we explained that was because nobody offered us a menu so we just grabbed “To go” menu’s. My food was brought out about 5 minutes after my fiancé’s food was brought out. My food was supposed to come with shrimp and I received zero shrimp and had to specifically request it. Finally the shrimp was brought out separate. My fiancé never received his refill on his drink that he requested. Mind you they did not appear busy at all when we first arrived. I tried ordering over the phone a meal that’s not on they’re menu. Special sushi that I got made there before. She couldn’t understand me nor could I so I told her I would come there. I got there I had my order on a piece of paper and I explained to her that I wanted everything in 1 roll I even showed her a picture of last time I was there but she was telling me how I don’t know there food! Rolling her eyes. Telling me its been a long day “like she doesn’t have time for me”I tried asking if somebody else was working maybe they understood what I was looking for but he came out very RUDE asking me do I want what they have or not yelling at me pointing his finger. Told me he’s been working there 5 years and never seen me! Mmm so that’s how you act towards new customers. I was very displeased with they’re services and how rude they both were!!!!
